Let Your Kingdom Come!

➜ Book 2, pp.213-263.

Introduction

The Let Your Kingdom Come! unit invites young children to take part in telling some of Jesus’ colourful parables about God’s Kingdom. There are also lots of opportunities to make connections with the ‘Our Father’/Lord’s Prayer, which many young children will be hearing around them or learning themselves.

Christians pray ‘thy Kingdom come’ all the time. But what’s God’s Kingdom like?

The Green Time units are designed to be used at any time between July and November. Groups are encouraged to use them in the order that makes most sense in their context. Two further Green Time units can be found in Book 1.
